Engineering and Manufacturing

Fairway has provided engineering and manufacturing capabilities for all of the devices which it has developed and refined. Our facilities are FDA compliant and soon to be certified for ISO 13485. Our process controls have been proven time and again, both for supporting our R&D efforts where the products are generally very project-specific with limited quantities, and for full production of market-released products ready for shipment to end users where required and desired by our customers.

Fairway can provide a variety of custom components that have been developed in-house specifically for our proprietary products but which we have made available for outside use in R&D as well as OEM applications. Our fully equipped machine shop can be used to generate or modify very custom designed components and assemblies as can our electronics shop – ideal for fast turnaround when needed to keep your research projects in motion. Our engineering staff and partners can provide whatever level of effort is needed for your project – from single component design and prototyping through full commercialization of innovative new medical designs and concepts.
